My church provides service called Laundry Love. We had been looking forward to transferring this program to Rio and today was our first event there. It couldn't have gone better. The facility is so clean and machines were all in working order. The staff was so helpful and checked in to see if they could do anything else for our group. The volunteers were so comfortable working there and the folks who joined us to do laundry were so happy to be there. We got many thanks but much of the credit goes to your great facility. Looking forward to being there again next month and many months to come.

I've been coming here for a few years, and recently have been using their drop-off service. All of the staff are always courteous and attentive. I also appreciate how impressively folded my laundry is. When I did wash here myself, I could tell the machines were all well maintained.

I was in there 2 days ago and while I had my back turned my daughter who is 3 got all the way out the door and your employee Aida saw this happening. She was able to grab her before she hit the parking lot and returned her to me, A couple of minutes later she came around the corner and gave her some m & m’s and checked in with me making sure we were good. To whom it may concern. I am sending this message on Rio Fresh Laundromat. I am very happy with their washers and dryers. Never had any problems with washing or drying. Most of all they have reasonable pricing. I have noticed Aida is always very courteous and always always keeping herself busy cleaning making the Laundromat inviting.
